Coachella might have the lockdown on trendy and hip, but Shannon and Kevin’s funky-fresh take on their desert wedding takes the cake and puts the cactus on top – literally. Wanting to create a modern take on a desert oasis vibe, Shannon and Kevin used a mix of tropical elements and funky yet contemporary desert decor to achieve their perfect wedding atmosphere. From their retro invitations to the bride’s holographic heels, all the unique features of the day tied into one perfectly meshed style. Staying in tune with their vibe, the couple chose none other than The Paseo Venue in Arizona, a wood and iron barn sitting at the foot of the majestic Superstition Mountains in heart of the Sonoran Desert. With the desert heat blazing and pristine mountains surrounding them, the bride and groom said “I do” in true Arizona fashion, following their ceremony with a romantic sunset cocktail hour. Twinkle lights and white oversized balloons hung above the guests long, wooden tables and the couple’s table adorned with a cow skull and native blanket. The couple made sure to complete this Arizona affair with a taco truck buffet, leaving no guest barren!
